The Content Data Record Cannot Be Found with a Specified Tag

If you cannot find the content data record that is managed in ScanSnap Home with a specified tag, check the following.

Did you specify proper tags for the content data record?

Check whether you specified proper tags for the content data record in the following procedure.

Windows
  1. Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record that you want to check the tags for.

  3. Click [Tags] in the content data record view.

  4. Check the specified tags.

Mac OS
  1. Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the content data record list view, select a content data record that you want to check the tags for.

  3. Click [Tags] in the content data record view.

  4. Check the specified tags.
