Content Data Record

A content data record () consists of an image of a document that is scanned with the ScanSnap, character strings that are recognized by the text recognition function, and content information such as the date when you scan a document.

In the Content Data Record List View in the Main Window of ScanSnap Home, you can check content data records created from the documents that you scanned with the ScanSnap.
