Searching for Content Data Records with a Specified Tag

Search for content data records that are managed with ScanSnap Home by narrowing down the search with a specified tag.

Windows

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Select a folder in which you search for content data records in the folder list view.

    To search all content data records that are managed with ScanSnap Home, select the [PC] folder.

  3. Select [Tag] from the list that appears when you click Search on the toolbar.
  4. Enter a tag in the search key that is displayed.
  5. Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

The content data records found with a specified tag are displayed in the content data record list view.

Mac OS

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Select a folder in which you search for content data records in the folder list view.

    To search all content data records that are managed with ScanSnap Home, select the [Mac] folder.

    Note that the [Trash] folder is excluded from the search.

  3. Select [Tag] from the list that appears when you click Search on the toolbar.
  4. Enter a tag in the search key that is displayed.
  5. Press the [Return] key on the keyboard.

The content data records found with a specified tag are displayed in the content data record list view.
