Did you turn off or restart the computer while creating searchable PDF files? (Windows)

After scanning documents with the ScanSnap, if you turn off or restart the computer before the creation of searchable PDF files is complete, the searchable PDF files may not be created.

Do not turn off or restart the computer until the creation of searchable PDF files is complete.

If searchable PDF files could not be created from a content data record, you can manually convert images in the content data record to searchable PDF files. For details, refer to Converting Content Data Records into Searchable Ones.

Has the number of pages for searchable PDF files that you can create per month exceeded? (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)

When you establish a link with a cloud service by using ScanSnap Cloud, a maximum of 500 pages can be created for searchable PDF files per month.

The total number of pages that have been created can be checked in the [Account] tab on the preferences window.

Images that cannot be converted into searchable PDF files can be converted manually next month.

For the procedure for converting the images into searchable PDF files manually, refer to Converting a Scanned Image to a Searchable PDF File (When Using ScanSnap Cloud).
