Changing the File Name of a Scanned Image (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)

Change the file name of a scanned image that is saved on the ScanSnap Cloud server and in a could service by changing the title for a content data record on the main window of ScanSnap Home.

Windows

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with a scanned image whose file name you want to change.
  3. Select [Rename] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
  4. Enter a title for the content data record.
  5. Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

Mac OS

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with a scanned image whose file name you want to change.
  3. Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key on the keyboard, and select [Change titles] from the menu that appears.
  4. Enter a title for the content data record.
  5. Press the [Return] key on the keyboard.
