Changing the File Name of a Scanned Image (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)
Change the file name of a scanned image that is saved on the ScanSnap Cloud server and in a could service by changing the title for a content data record on the main window of ScanSnap Home.

Windows
- Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.
- Click
, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button in the upper left of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
- In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with a scanned image whose file name you want to change.
- Select [Rename] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record.
- Enter a title for the content data record.
- Press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.

Mac OS
- Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.
Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon
in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.
- Click
, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button in the upper left of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
- In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with a scanned image whose file name you want to change.
- Click the content data record while pressing the [control] key on the keyboard, and select [Change titles] from the menu that appears.
- Enter a title for the content data record.
- Press the [Return] key on the keyboard.
