Authentication for the Cloud Storage Service Fails
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
The cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer.
The Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service.

When the cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer
Perform the following to change [Compatibility View Settings]:
Start up Internet Explorer.
From the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select [Tools] → [Compatibility View Settings].
Delete the cloud storage service site that is displayed in [Websites you've added to Compatibility View].
When the Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service
Update Internet Explorer to the latest version.
