Authentication for the Cloud Storage Service Fails

Causes and solutions for the failure of the authentication for the cloud storage service while using the ScanSnap Cloud service are explained below.
Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • The cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer.

  • The Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service.

Solution
  • When the cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer

    Perform the following to change [Compatibility View Settings]:

    1. Start up Internet Explorer.

    2. From the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select [Tools] [Compatibility View Settings].

    3. Delete the cloud storage service site that is displayed in [Websites you've added to Compatibility View].

  • When the Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service

    Update Internet Explorer to the latest version.
