Failed to Change the File Name.

Causes and solutions for when changing the file name fails when using the ScanSnap Cloud service are explained in this section.
Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • The file name was changed in a cloud storage service.

  • The folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder.

  • The account for a cloud storage service has expired.

  • The account for a cloud storage service has changed.

Solution
  • When the file name was changed in a cloud storage service

    The file name has already been changed, so no action is required.

  • When the folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder

    Set a folder to be used in the ScanSnap Cloud application again.

  • When an account for a cloud storage service has expired

    Set the account for the cloud storage service again, and set the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application.

  • When an account for a cloud storage service has changed

    Set up the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application again. When doing so, log into the cloud storage service with the changed account.
