[Specify items to be extracted] Screen

On the [Specify items to be extracted] screen in the ScanSnap Cloud application, you can set the items to be extracted from a document and the order in which extracted contents are shown in the file name.

If the specified items cannot be extracted from the document, the item names are used for the file name.

Example:

When [Date] and [DocTitle] are specified as the items to be extracted from the document

(Date)_(DocTitle).pdf
Items to be extracted

  • Specifying the items to be extracted and used for the file name

    The items which Specify Items to Be Extracted are shown on the left side of the item name will be extracted and used for the file name. Tap the item name to apply or remove Specify Items to Be Extracted.

  • Changing the order in which extracted items are shown in the file name

    Move the item that you want to change the order by dragging up and down Move shown on the right side of the item, and drop the item in the desired order.
