A skewed document was detected

Causes and solutions for the [A skewed document was detected] message appearing when using the ScanSnap Cloud service are explained in this section.

Cause: A document has not been inserted straight.
Solution: After pulling out the document, insert the top end of the document straight into the middle of the manual feeder and then scan it.
