A Wireless Access Point Cannot Be Set to the ScanSnap

Causes and solutions for when a wireless access point cannot be set to the ScanSnap during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup are explained below.
Cause

The setting of the certificate for the ScanSnap may be needed.

The wireless network to which the wireless access point is to be connected may be 802.1X.

Solution

Start the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer and configure the wireless settings by following the Wireless Network Setup Wizard.
