Cause

The password for the wireless access point may have been changed.

Solution

Check what the correct password is.

Select the wireless access point in the Wi-Fi setup screen of the mobile device, and then enter the correct password to enable a connection.

If you do not know the password for the wireless access point, contact your network administrator.
