Cause

A ScanSnap account that you are using is already logged in from a total of five devices such as computers or mobile devices.

Solution

This message will no longer be displayed because the restriction on the number of available computers and mobile devices is removed in ScanSnap Cloud v1.8 or later.

Update the ScanSnap Cloud application to the latest version.
