Error Code List (Google Photos)

Causes and solutions for error codes that are displayed when using the ScanSnap Cloud service to save images in Google Photos are explained below.
  • B11Cg185

    Cause

    Uploading of a file other than JPEG was attempted.

    Solution

    Open the [Scan settings] screen, and set [JPEG] for [File format].

    Cause

    The cloud storage service is not authenticated or authorized.

    Solution

    Open the screen for selecting cloud storage services, and specify a could storage service again.

    Cause

    The issue may be caused by the following:

    • Connection to the cloud storage service failed.

    • Communication with the cloud storage service was disconnected.

    • A connection timeout occurred.

    Solution

    Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

    Cause

    The issue may be caused by the following:

    • Connection to the cloud storage service failed.

    • Communication with the cloud storage service was disconnected.

    • There is insufficient free space in the cloud storage service

    Solution

    Perform the following solutions, and then try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

    • Check the status and settings of your network environment

    • Check the status and settings of the cloud storage service

    • Expand the storage capacity of the cloud storage service, or remove unwanted files to secure sufficient free space

  • B11Cg196, B11Cg241

    Cause

    The ScanSnap Cloud service cannot access the cloud storage service by creating an account only, and the setup of the cloud storage service fails.

    Solution

    Log into the cloud storage service on an application supported by the cloud storage service or a web browser first.

  • B11Cg269

    Cause

    The number of files that were to be stored in one album exceeded the maximum number, which is 2000, or the total size of files exceeded the storage capacity of the cloud storage service.

    Solution

    Remove unwanted files to secure sufficient free space in the cloud storage service, and then try again.

  • B11Fg092

    Cause

    The number of times a link between ScanSnap Cloud and Google Photos was established has reached the limit (for all ScanSnap Cloud users), so connection from the ScanSnap Cloud is restricted.

    Solution

    Try again on a different day.
