Changing a Storage for a Scanned Image

Change the current cloud storage service (where scanned images are saved) specified in the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  1. Start the ScanSnap Cloud application.
  2. Tap Home on the main screen.

    The navigation bar appears.

  3. Tap [Settings].

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Select cloud storage services].

    The [Select cloud storage services] screen appears.

  5. Select whether or not to detect a document type.
    • To detect document types and save scanned images for each document type

      Tap [Save by document type].

    • To save all scanned images on the same cloud service

      Tap [Always save to same service].

  6. Tap the name of the cloud storage service that is currently specified.

    A setting screen for the cloud storage service appears.

  7. Tap the [Clear selection] button.

    The [Select cloud storage services] screen appears.

  8. Tap [Tap to select a service].

    A list of the available cloud storage services appears.

  9. Tap the [Select] button for the cloud storage service that you want to select.

    When an authentication screen for the selected cloud storage service appears, follow the instructions on the screen to authenticate it.

    The setting that is currently set is changed to the selected cloud storage service.

    HINT
    • You can change the destination folder depending on the cloud storage service that is selected.

      1. Tap [Change the save destination] on the cloud storage service setting screen which appears after step 9 that is described above.

      2. Select a folder to be the destination folder.

      3. Tap the [Done] button.

        The setting that is currently set is changed to the selected cloud storage service.

    • The operations may vary depending on your cloud storage service plan.
