Use ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool to configure the Wi-Fi settings for the ScanSnap.
ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool can also be used to check the connection between the ScanSnap and a wireless access point, strength of the wireless access point signal, Wi-Fi information such as the name (SSID) of a network that is connected, and information related to the ScanSnap such as the scanner name, IP address, and MAC address.
This section explains how to start ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool from ScanSnap Home.

ATTENTION
The ScanSnap cannot be connected with two or more computers or mobile devices at the same time.
If there are two types of SSID (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for a wireless access point, use the 2.4 GHz SSID.
Select [Settings] in the menu → [Preferences] to display the preferences window.
Select the ScanSnap that is currently connected to the computer from the list of ScanSnap units in [Scanner information] that is located in the [Scanner] tab.
HINT
The [Scanner] tab can be displayed from the ScanSnap Home menu which appears when you right-click the ScanSnap Home icon in the notification area of the taskbar.
Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.
Select [ScanSnap Home] on the menu bar → [Preferences] to display the preferences window.
Select the ScanSnap that is currently connected to the computer from the list of ScanSnap units in [Scanner information] that is located in the [Scanner] tab.

The [Scanner] tab can be displayed from the ScanSnap Home menu which appears when you click the ScanSnap Home icon in the menu bar.
