The Touch Panel Does Not React
If the touch panel does not react or is slow to respond, check the following:
Did you press the center of an icon on the touch panel of the ScanSnap?
On the touch panel of the ScanSnap, press the center of the icon on the screen with the tip of your finger.
Did you disconnect the power cable from the ScanSnap and connect it back again?
Close the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn off the ScanSnap, and then disconnect the USB cable. After that, connect the power cable to the ScanSnap again, and then open the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn on the ScanSnap.
Close the feed guide to turn off the ScanSnap, and disconnect the USB cable. After that, connect the power cable to the ScanSnap again, and then open the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn on the ScanSnap.
