If a "The user name or domain contains an invalid character or exceeds the maximum length." message is displayed when trying to specify the credentials for connecting to a network folder in the settings for a profile configured to save scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder, check the following:
Do the characters specified for the user name or domain name meet the required conditions?
To use the profile for saving scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder, the characters specified for the user name or domain name for connecting to a network folder must meet the following conditions. If they do not meet the required conditions, specify the user name or domain name again.
