An "A system error occurred." Message Is Displayed on the Touch Panel
When an "A system error occurred." message is displayed on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, restart the ScanSnap by the following procedure and check if the problem is solved.
Close the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn off the ScanSnap.
Unplug the power cable of the ScanSnap from the AC outlet and plug it back in again.
Open the ADF paper chute (cover) of the ScanSnap to turn the power on.
If the problem still persists even after restarting the ScanSnap, check whether the server specified as the save destination is running normally.
