A "The folder path contains an invalid character or exceeds the maximum length." Message Is Displayed
If a "The folder path contains an invalid character or exceeds the maximum length." message is displayed when trying to specify a destination folder in the settings for a profile configured to save scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder, check the following:
Do the characters specified for the destination folder path meet the required conditions?
To use the profile for saving scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder, the characters specified for the destination folder path must meet the following conditions. If they do not meet the required conditions, specify the destination folder path again.

A host name is used to identify a destination device.

Characters other than / or ?
200 (including all folder names and \ used to separate folder names)
*1: You cannot use a folder name that ends with a space.
