.NET Framework X.X is required to operate ScanSnap Home.

"X.X" indicates the version number.

If installing Microsoft .NET Framework X.X fails, check the following.

Are the latest updates applied to your computer?

Run Windows Update to apply the updates, and install ScanSnap Home again.

If the problem persists, download the installer for .NET Framework from the official Microsoft website and run the installer to install it, and then install ScanSnap Home again.
