Causes and solutions for lines in the image being blurred when using the ScanSnap to scan a document are explained below.
Cause

Some lines in the image may be blurred when you scan the following types of documents:

  • Documents including typed text that are thin

  • Documents with a ruled table

  • Documents including handwritten characters

Solution

Change the setting for [Image quality] in the ScanSnap Cloud Settings window as follows:

  • [Normal] [Auto], [Better], or [Best]

  • [Better] [Best]
