The Wi-Fi Indicator Does Not Light Up in Orange

If the Wi-Fi indicator does not light up in orange, even if the power is turned on while the [Scan] button is being pressed, perform the following procedure:

  1. Turn the ScanSnap off and then turn it back on while pressing the [Scan] button.

  2. If the Wi-Fi indicator still does not light up in orange, the power cable may not be connected correctly. Be sure to connect the power cable to the power connector on the ScanSnap and the AC outlet correctly.
