The ScanSnap Cloud service could not access the cloud storage service.

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • You have never logged into the cloud storage service.

  • The cloud storage service is stopped temporarily.

Solution
  • When you have never logged into the cloud storage service

    Log into the cloud storage service on an application supported by the cloud storage service or a web browser first.

  • Other than the above

    The cloud storage service may be stopped temporarily. Check the status of the cloud storage service on the web page of the service provider, and set the service again after it is resumed. If you cannot check the status, wait for a while and try again.
