Causes and solutions for error codes that are displayed when using the ScanSnap Cloud service to save images in Xero are explained below.

    Cause

    The cloud storage service is not authenticated or authorized.

    Solution

    Open the screen for selecting cloud storage services, and specify a could storage service again.

    Cause

    The issue may be caused by the following:

    • Connection to the cloud storage service failed.

    • Communication with the cloud storage service was disconnected.

    • A connection timeout occurred.

    Solution

    Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

    Cause

    The issue may be caused by the following:

    • The cloud storage service is not authenticated or authorized.

    • You do not have permission for the requested operation.

    Solution
    • When the cloud storage service is not authenticated or authorized

      Open the screen for selecting cloud storage services, and specify a could storage service again.

    • When you do not have permission for the requested operation

      Make sure that the appropriate permission has been set. Or, contact the administrator for your account.

    Cause

    A large amount of processes were performed in a certain period of time.

    Solution

    Wait for a while and try again.

  • B11Fg059

    Cause

    The maximum size of a file has been exceeded.

    Solution

    If the documents consist of many sheets, scan them in multiple batches.

    Cause

    You do not have an account that allows the cloud storage service to process expense claims.

    Solution

    Create an account that allows the cloud storage service to process expense claims.

    Cause

    Settings for the cloud storage service have been changed or there is a problem with the settings.

    Solution

    Log into the cloud storage service and check the settings.

    Cause

    Uploading a receipt with zero as the total amount was attempted.

    Solution

    Scan a receipt in which the total amount is any amount other than zero.
