Part of the Image Appears Missing (Carrier Sheet)

Causes and solutions for part of an image missing when the Carrier Sheet was used with the ScanSnap to scan a document are explained below.

Cause: If you place several small documents (such as photos or postcards) in a Carrier Sheet and scan them together, part of the scanned image may appear missing.
Solution: When scanning small documents such as photos or postcards, place each document in a Carrier Sheet and scan one document a time, instead of placing several documents in a Carrier Sheet and scanning them together.
