The Wi-Fi Indicator and the [Scan/Stop] Button

The status of the ScanSnap can be checked via the Wi-Fi indicator and the color of the [Scan/Stop] button when you use the ScanSnap Cloud service.

Status of the Scanner

Purple

Purple (lit)

The ScanSnap Cloud service can be used.

Press the [Scan/Stop] button to start a scan.

Blue (flashing)

A document is being scanned, or a scanned image is being saved to a cloud storage service. When the document is inserted, scanning starts automatically.

Orange (lit)

Paper has been jammed, the document length has exceeded the maximum length that can be scanned with the ScanSnap, or another error occurred.

Purple (flashing twice repeatedly)

The ScanSnap has recovered from an error and can continue scanning documents. Load a document in the ScanSnap, and press the [Scan/Stop] button to start a scan.

Blue (lit)

Communication with the ScanSnap Cloud service was disconnected.

Communication with the ScanSnap Cloud service was disconnected during a scan.
