Turning the Receive Option On/Off

You can turn the feature on/off to receive files from the computer, iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.

When you want to temporarily stop receiving files or connecting to the computer, iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100, you can turn this feature off.

  1. Tap Network Button on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Network] screen appears.

  2. Tap the button for [Receive option].

    The receive option switches to on/off.

HINT

  • The receive option is always turned on when ScanSnap Connect Application is started.

  • To connect to the computer, iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 again after turning this feature off, perform the following:

    1. Turn the receive option on.

    2. Tap Settings Button on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

      The [Settings] screen appears.

    3. Tap a destination under [Connect to].

      The [Connect to] screen appears.

    4. Select a computer or ScanSnap.

      Connection is established with the computer, iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.
