Changing the File Naming Rule for Scanned Images

Modify the format of a file name that is automatically applied to an image on the ScanSnap Cloud application. When a document type is a document, business card, or receipt, you can set the items to be extracted from it to name a scanned image.
  1. From the menu bar, click [ScanSnap Cloud] → [Preferences].

    The ScanSnap Cloud settings window appears.

  2. In the [File name] tab, change the settings for the file naming rule as needed.
  3. Click Close Button.

    The configured settings are saved.
