Changing an E-mail Address for the Account of the ScanSnap Cloud Service

You can use the ScanSnap Cloud application to change the e-mail address that is used for an account of the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  1. From the menu bar, click [ScanSnap Cloud] [Account Settings].

    The [Account information] window appears.

  2. Click the [Change e-mail address] button.

    A window to enter a password appears.

  3. Enter your account password for the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  4. Click the [Authenticate] button.
  5. Enter the new e-mail address for the account of the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  6. Click the [Change] button.

    A window to enter the confirmation code appears.

    In addition, an e-mail that confirms the change is sent to the new e-mail address for the account of the ScanSnap Cloud service.

  7. In a window to enter the confirmation code, enter the confirmation code that is shown in the confirmation e-mail.
  8. Click the [Confirm code] button.

    The e-mail address for the account of the ScanSnap Cloud service is changed.

ATTENTION

If you use ScanSnap Cloud with multiple computers, you need to log into ScanSnap Cloud service again from these computers because information for the account of the ScanSnap Cloud service has been changed.
