Receiving a Notification from the ScanSnap Cloud Service

You can receive a notification when the ScanSnap Cloud service status changes.

A notification is issued in the following cases:

  • When sending a scanned image is complete
  • When saving a scanned image is complete
  • When an error occurs during a scan
  • When a new firmware is released
  1. Click the notification when a notification from the ScanSnap Cloud service appears.

    The ScanSnap Cloud application starts and displays the information related to the notification.

ATTENTION

You may not receive a notification depending on the network environment that you are in.

If this is the case, contact your network administrator.

You can change the setting whether or not to receive a notification from the ScanSnap Cloud service.
