Transferring a Scanned Image to Another Cloud Storage Service

If the ScanSnap Cloud service fails to detect a document type and the scanned image is not saved to the designated cloud storage service, you can change the document type of the scanned image, and transfer the scanned image to another cloud storage service.
  1. In the scan history list, select the scan history of a scanned image to transfer to another cloud storage service.

    The preview of the scanned image appears.

  2. Click Save a Scanned Image to Another Service Button.

    A window in which you can change the cloud storage service for a scanned image appears.

    HINT

    The window to change a storage destination for scanned images can also be displayed by clicking [Save to another service] from the menu that appears when you right-click a scan history while holding down the [control] key on the keyboard.

  3. Select a cloud storage service that you want to transfer the scanned image to.
  4. Click the [Save] button.

    The scanned image is transferred to the cloud storage service that you selected.
