- Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:
The ScanSnap is turned off.
The ScanSnap is used by other devices.
[Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] is enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings.
- Solution
Check the following items:
When the ScanSnap is turned off
Turn the power on.
When the ScanSnap is used by other devices
Connect the ScanSnap to the network after you finish using the ScanSnap with other devices.
When [Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] is enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings
Disable the setting and try again.
