The ScanSnap that You Want Is Not Displayed.
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
The ScanSnap is turned off.
The ScanSnap is connected to a different wireless access point.
If the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue, the ScanSnap may be connected to a different wireless access point.
The ScanSnap settings have been changed.
The SSID of the ScanSnap may have been changed, or the SSID notification may be disabled.
- Solution

Turn on the ScanSnap while holding down the WPS button on the back.
Hold down the WPS button until the [Scan] button or the [Scan/Stop] button flashes in purple.
When the ScanSnap is connected to a different wireless access point
Perform the following:
Turn off the ScanSnap.
Turn on the ScanSnap while holding down the WPS button on the back.
Hold down the WPS button until the [Scan] button or the [Scan/Stop] button flashes in purple.
When the ScanSnap settings have been changed
Start the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer, and check the current SSID and SSID notification settings in [Direct connection setting]. If the SSID notification setting has been disabled, enable it and then continue the setup in ScanSnap Connect Application.
