Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • This message appears when you tap the [Edit] button either on the [File List] screen or on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on, and select the checkbox for one or more files and then tap Trash Button.

  • You tried to delete a file that was not synced with a cloud or a file that had been synced with a cloud when your mobile device is offline.

  • You tried to delete a file.

Solution

Perform the following:

  • To delete a file, tap the [Yes] button. To keep it, tap the [No] button.

  • When the ScanSnap Sync function is set to on, the [Delete from all device] button appears.

    To delete files and folders on a cloud service, tap the [Delete from all device] button. If you use the ScanSnap Sync function with multiple devices, tap the [Delete from all device] button to delete files and folders from all devices.

    To delete files and folders only in your mobile device, tap the [Delete from this device] button.

    To keep files and folders, tap the [Cancel] button.
