- The issue may be caused by the following:
The power was turned off for iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.
The remaining battery power for iX100 ran out.
No response was received from iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 for a certain period of time.
- Solution
- Perform the following:
Turn on iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100, and reconnect it.
Charge iX100, and reconnect it.
Reconnect iX500 or iX100 from [Connect to].
