ScanSnap is disconnected. To perform scanning again, select ScanSnap from [Connect to:].

Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
  • The power was turned off for iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.

  • The remaining battery power for iX100 ran out.

  • No response was received from iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 for a certain period of time.

Solution
Perform the following:
  • Turn on iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100, and reconnect it.

  • Charge iX100, and reconnect it.

  • Reconnect iX500 or iX100 from [Connect to].
