Uploading a File to a Cloud Service Manually

When the ScanSnap Sync function is set to on, the received file can be uploaded to a cloud service manually.

Upload a file to a cloud service manually in the following procedure.

  1. Tap the file to be uploaded to a cloud service on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Preview] screen appears.

  2. Tap near the center of the [Preview] screen.

    A tool bar appears at the bottom of the [Preview] screen.

  3. Tap Action Button on the tool bar.

    A menu for the [Preview] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Upload].

    An upload confirmation message appears.

  5. Read the confirmation message and tap the [Upload] button to upload a file to a cloud service.

    A file is uploaded to a cloud service.

ATTENTION
  • When the previewed PDF page is uploaded, the whole PDF file is uploaded. When JPEG files saved by selecting the [Save together] checkbox (in the [File format] window from [Profile]) are uploaded, the archived JPEG file is uploaded.
