Refreshing the List

This section describes how to refresh the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

Refresh the list in the following procedure.

  1. Tap Menu Button.

    A menu appears at the top or bottom of the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

  2. Tap [Refresh].

    The list is refreshed.

ATTENTION

  • To refresh the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on, an Internet connection must be established.

  • If you encounter the following, refresh the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    • No thumbnail is created due to a problem such as memory shortage.

    • The received file is not displayed on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on because you exited the application in the middle of receiving a file.

  • For Android 11 or later, the PDF files that were created with an application other than ScanSnap Connect Application, which is currently installed, may not be displayed after the list is refreshed.

    If PDF files are not displayed, import them.

HINT

  • The list can be refreshed only when the ScanSnap Sync function is set to on.

  • Refreshing the list refreshes files that were scanned with other mobile devices and files that were renamed.

  • You can also refresh the screen by tapping [Refresh] from the [Preferences] screen.
