Syncing Only When a Wi-Fi Connection Is Established

The following operations are performed when the ScanSnap Sync function is set to on. And, you can set whether or not they are allowed only when a Wi-Fi connection is established.

  • Uploading a file to a cloud service

  • Downloading a file from a cloud service

Configure the setting in the following procedure.

  1. On the [File List] screen, tap Settings Button.

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  2. Tap [ScanSnap Sync Setting] in the [Settings] screen.

    The [ScanSnap Sync Setting] screen appears.

  3. Tap the [Synchronize On WiFi Only] checkbox.

    This setting switches to on/off.

HINT

  • By default, this setting is set to on.

  • This can be set only when a cloud service to be synced is selected.

  • If this item is set to off and the Wi-Fi connection is not established, mobile data communication is used for the following operations:

    • Uploading a file to a cloud service

    • Downloading a file from a cloud service
