The issue may be caused by the following:
Authentication with a cloud service was not completed successfully because the authentication information has expired.
There is a time lag in the mobile device.
- Solution
Perform the following:
To perform the authentication again, tap the [Login] button.
Set the correct time on the mobile device, and tap the [Login] button.
