Paper jam occurred. Open the top cover and remove the document.


The issue may be caused by the following:

  • Paper is jammed inside iX100.

  • You tried to scan a long page document (a document longer than the standard size).


Perform the following:

  • Open the top cover of iX100, and remove the document that is inside.

  • You cannot scan a long page document with ScanSnap Connect Application.

    If you use ScanSnap Manager on your computer, scan a long page document with ScanSnap Manager. You can receive the file or download the file to your mobile device in the following procedure.

    • Use Scan to Mobile to receive the file

    • Use the ScanSnap Sync function to download the file that is saved in ScanSnap Organizer
