No destination folder is found. Check the status of your storage device, and then restart ScanSnap Connect Application.


Scanned images cannot be saved because:

  • Your mobile device is connected to the computer via a USB cable.

  • No SD card is mounted or recognized on your mobile device.


Restart ScanSnap Connect Application and try again after performing the following:

  • Remove the USB cable connected between your mobile device and the computer.

  • Mount an SD card on your mobile device properly.
