Failed to communicate with the ScanSnap. Turn the ScanSnap off then back on, and try again.

Cause: The program received or sent some invalid data during communication with iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.
Solution: Turn off the ScanSnap iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 then back on, and try again.
