Refreshing the File List

To reload the latest contents, refresh the [File List] screen or refresh the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

Refresh the list in the following cases:

  • File information is not displayed correctly on the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

  • ScanSnap Connect Application has been reinstalled.

ATTENTION
  • Do not close the application while refreshing the file list.

    Otherwise, the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on may not be refreshed.

    In this case, refresh it again.

  • For Android 11 or later, the PDF files that were created with an application other than ScanSnap Connect Application, which is currently installed, may not be displayed after the file list is refreshed.

    If PDF files are not displayed, import them.
