Rotating the Page

The images scanned with ScanSnap Connect Application can be rotated.

ATTENTION
  • You can rotate only the PDF pages (or JPEG images) that are scanned with iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 connected to the mobile device.

  • On a mobile device, you cannot rotate PDF pages (or JPEG images) that are scanned with iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 connected to the mobile device, if they were edited on a computer.

    To rotate these PDF pages or JPEG images, rotate them on the computer.

To rotate a page, perform the following.

  1. Display a menu by using one of the following procedures.
    When viewing a page from the [File List] screen or from the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on
    1. Touch and hold the file on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    Displaying a menu from the [Preview] screen
    1. Tap the file on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

      The [Preview] screen appears.

    2. Tap near the center of the [Preview] screen.

      A tool bar appears at the bottom of the [Preview] screen.

    3. Tap Rename Button on the tool bar.

      A menu for the [Preview] screen appears.

  2. Tap [Edit] in the menu.

    The [Edit] screen appears.

  3. Display the page to rotate and tap Counterclockwise Button or Clockwise Button.

    The displayed page is rotated counterclockwise or clockwise by 90 degrees.

    HINT
    • Every time you tap Counterclockwise Button or Clockwise Button, the page is rotated by 90 degrees.

    • To rotate multiple pages, tap Counterclockwise Button or Clockwise Button for each page.

  4. Tap Save Button.

    The rotated pages are saved.
