Moving a File to Another Folder (the [File List] Screen or the Folder Screen with the ScanSnap Sync Function Set to On)

On the [File List] screen or on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on, you can select a destination folder to save the file in.

A file that is received or downloaded by ScanSnap Connect Application can be moved to the destination folder.

The moved file can then be viewed in another application.

Select the destination folder in the following procedure.

  1. Touch and hold the file on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    A menu for the [File List] screen or for the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on appears.

  2. Tap [Move].

    A list of folders that are in the folder where the file is saved appears.

  3. Select a destination folder for the file.
    When the current folder path is for the destination folder

    Go to step 4.

    When the current folder path is not for the destination folder

    Select a folder to be the destination folder, from the list, to make the folder the destination folder.

  4. Tap the following button
    • Android 10 or earlier

      [Move here] button

    • Android 11 or later

      [Use this folder] button

    The selected file is moved to the destination folder.

    When the file has been moved, the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on appears.

ATTENTION
  • If you select a file created for the files which were saved together by selecting the [Save together] checkbox (in the [File format] window from [Profile]), all the JPEG files saved together will be moved.
