Checking the Results of the File Migration (Android 11 or Later)

For Android 11 or later, along with the security enhancements that are made for the operating system, it is necessary to migrate files and change the save destination.

If an error such as not being able to migrate files occurs, check the files that the error has occurred to in the following procedure.

  1. Perform one of the following in the [File List] screen or do the same thing in the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on:
    • Tap Menu Button

    • Press the menu button on the hardware

    A menu appears at the top or bottom of the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

  2. Tap [Preferences].

    The [Preferences] screen for setting the ScanSnap Connect Application preferences appears.

  3. Tap [Results of the file migration] under [File Management].
    HINT

    [Results of the file migration] is displayed when an error such as not being able to migrate files has occurred.

    The [Results of the file migration] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Results of the file migration].

    The files with an error that has occurred are displayed.
