A Profile Cannot Be Edited
If you cannot edit the profile in ScanSnap Home, check the following:
Did you modify a profile that was created with another computer?
Use the same computer that you created the profile with in order to edit the profile.
If you cannot use the same computer that you created the profile with (for example, because the computer does not work), delete this profile and create a new profile.
Have you modified a profile configured to save scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder?
To modify a profile with [Network folder] selected for [Type] in [Managing options], you will need to connect the ScanSnap to the computer via Wi-Fi and turn the ScanSnap on.
