The [Scan to Cloud] Profile Cannot Be Selected from the Template List in the [Add new profile] Window

In the [Add new profile] window of ScanSnap Home, if [Scan to Cloud] in the template list is disabled and cannot be selected, check the following.

Is the [Scan to Cloud] profile displayed in the profile list in the scan window?

Only one profile per ScanSnap account can be created by using the [Scan to Cloud] profile.

If the [Scan to Cloud] profile has already been added to the profile list in the scan window, the [Scan to Cloud] profile in the template list is disabled.

The [Scan to Cloud] profile is displayed when you click Cloud in the scan window.
