Only Profiles That You Created Appear on the Touch Panel
If profiles that were created on another computer does not appear on the touch panel of the ScanSnap, check the following:
Did you connect to the ScanSnap by using ScanSnap Manager?
If you connected to the ScanSnap by using ScanSnap Manager installed on another computer, [Selected user] is automatically set for [Display of profiles] in the [Scanner settings] screen that can be displayed after displaying the [Settings] screen on the touch panel.
When [Selected user] is set for [Display of profiles], only profiles created with the computer that is using the ScanSnap are displayed on the touch panel.
To display not only profiles that were created on the connected computer but also profiles that were created on another computer, on the touch panel, set [All users] for [Display of profiles].

In cases where ScanSnap Manager is likely to be used for connecting a computer to the ScanSnap, be sure to set [Selected user] for [Display of profiles].
