A "You need to allow ScanSnap Home to access all data in the disk." Message Is Displayed (Mac OS)
When you start ScanSnap Home or you scan documents with the ScanSnap, if a "You need to allow ScanSnap Home to access all data in the disk." message is displayed, allow ScanSnap Home to access the disk in the following procedure.
However, even if you allow ScanSnap Home to access the disk, ScanSnap Home only accesses the folder for saving images created from the documents that you scanned and the folder for managing information in contents data records.
Click [Display [Security & Privacy]] in the message window to display the [Security & Privacy] window of the operating system.
Select the [Privacy] tab.
Select [Full Disk Access] in the list on the left side of the window.
Click the  button displayed on the right side of the window.
Select [ScanSnap Home] from the list of applications that is displayed, and click the [Open] button.HINT
If a ""ScanSnap Home" will not have full disk access until it is quit." message is displayed, click the [Quit Now] button to quit ScanSnap Home.
Note that if you click the [Later] button, quit ScanSnap Home manually in order for ScanSnap Home to gain full disk access.
Click at the upper left of the window to close the [Security & Privacy] window.
